Leadership of a district team and coordination of leasing activities will be key components of this role. The position requires a track record in property management and supervision, with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of property management experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience.
• 6 months in prior sales and leasing experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local fair housing and employment laws.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages rent collection, posting, and deposits for district communities.
• Identifies and prepares sites for Sun Homes models and move-ins.
• Monitors, codes, and approves invoices.
• Ensures compliance with fair housing and community laws.
• Coordinates team member selection and development.
