Dawson's Electric & Air is seeking a full-time, on-site Dispatcher in the Triangle area. You will coordinate daily operations for electricians and HVAC technicians, schedule service calls, and ensure timely, accurate records in our system.

The role emphasizes service coordination, strong communication, and multitasking in a family-run environment that values teamwork and career growth. Weekend or after-hours work is not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Electrical & HVAC trades is preferred.
• Experience using ServiceTitan or other home services CRM platforms is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch licensed electricians and HVAC technicians to service calls based on skillset, job type, and location.
• Manage and adjust daily schedules to maximize team productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives to match calls with technician availability.
• Make outbound calls to confirm, schedule, or reschedule service appointments.
• Answer inbound calls with professionalism and urgency.
• Maintain accurate records and calendar updates in the scheduling system.
• Coordinate appointment logistics and office operations as needed.
