Carolina HVAC & Electrical in Aiken, SC is seeking a motivated Dispatcher to manage daily service scheduling, connect customers with technicians, and drive service profitability. The role emphasizes clear communication, rapid problem solving, and ownership of the schedule.

You will coordinate between customers, technicians, and leadership to ensure timely, high-quality service and a great customer experience. Experience in dispatch or home services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily service schedule between customers, technicians, and leadership.
• Assign technicians to jobs based on skills and location to maximize efficiency.
• Maximize technician productivity while minimizing drive time and downtime.
• Continuously monitor and adjust the schedule to keep the day running smoothly.
• Communicate appointment details and updates to customers clearly and promptly.
• Stay in close contact with technicians regarding progress and ETA.
• Maintain accurate job information and next-step directions for teams.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts with Operations Manager and leadership as needed.
• Help improve dispatching processes and overall team performance.
