Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely pickup/delivery of customer orders within assigned area.
• Direct and schedule drivers’ work; monitor activity.
• Maintain dispatch data in real-time in dispatch system.
• Monitor driver hours of service to prevent DOT violations.
• Communicate with customers about service issues and expectations.
