Job summary

Ruan in Bethel, PA is seeking a full-time on-site Dispatch Coordinator for night shift (10pm–6:30am). The role involves coordinating product movement, assigning workload to drivers, and using dispatch systems to capture data in near real-time.

You will monitor service levels, manage driver hours, and communicate issues to customers and management. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years in transportation, dispatch, or related roles, with solid communication and DOT

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations required.
• Strong working knowledge of technology within dispatch systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the timely movement of customer products, ensuring safe, efficient operations.

• Monitor driver activities, resolve scheduling issues, and communicate with customers on service impacts.
• Ensure compliance with DOT hours of service and other regulations.
