As part of the team, you will provide on-site client support, install and configure hardware and software, manage user accounts, and document best practices to drive efficiency and security. A collaborative culture and opportunities for career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• On-site client support experience or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networks.
• Experience setting up user accounts and configuring devices.
• Document procedures and best practices for common issues.
• Ability to educate clients on new technologies and software.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site client support for break/fix issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Support various software applications.
• Assist with onboarding by setting up new user accounts and configuring hardware.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on computer systems and software.
• Document procedures, solutions, and best practices for common issues.
• Educate clients on new technologies and software applications.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and protocols
