You will drive the digital solutions lifecycle from sales support to installation, training, and ongoing customer support, acting as a subject matter expert and documenting best practices for client success.

Provide on-site client support for break/fix issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Support various software applications.
Assist with the onboarding process by setting up new user accounts and configuring hardware.
Perform regular maintenance and updates on computer systems and software.
Document procedures, solutions, and best practices for common issues.
Educate clients on new technologies and software applications.
