Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a digitally fluent marketer to manage consumer journey, CRM, website content and digital activation initiatives across assigned brands and priorities. This role will convert strategy into detailed plans, coordinate cross-functional execution and use performance insights to improve consumer experiences.

The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with Brand Marketing, IT, E-commerce, Data & Analytics, Digital Operations and agency partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing, CRM, or related discipline.
• Experience turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong project-management and cross-functional coordination.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, content development, measurement.

Responsibilities

• Manage consumer journey maps and activation plans.
• Lead CRM campaign planning and reporting.
• Coordinate content development and SEO-aligned updates.
• Build digital calendars and drive cross‑functional activation.
