Job summary
LHH, in partnership with a community-based nonprofit in San Francisco, seeks a Digital Literacy Program Coordinator to lead technology education and digital inclusion programs for diverse adult populations. The role combines hands-on instruction, curriculum development, and cross-site coordination to expand access to digital skills.
Ideal candidates have experience teaching technology to varied learners, strong facilitation abilities, and a background in curriculum development or structured
Qualifications
- Experience teaching technology to individuals with varying levels of knowledge.
- Strong group facilitation and workshop delivery experience.
- Experience developing curriculum and educational materials.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver technology and digital literacy curriculum and workshops across multiple sites.
- Provide individualized technology training and troubleshooting for devices and software.
- Teach assistive technologies and accessibility features to support independence.
- Assist participants with online job searches, resumes, and applications.
- Coordinate programming, events, and guest speakers across community locations.
- Train and support volunteers assisting with programming.
