LHH is partnering with an education-focused non-profit in Sacramento, CA to recruit a Digital Content & Communications Coordinator on a part-time, contract basis. The role is onsite four days per week, ~32 hours, through November with potential extension.

You will support a busy communications team with social media, digital content creation, project coordination, and admin needs. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of hands-on digital content experience, strong organizational and project management

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on experience creating digital and social content.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with social video formats (TikTok, Reels, YouTube).
• Understanding of SEO and digital engagement practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; portfolio required.

Responsibilities

• Create, curate and schedule engaging social media content across channels.
• Collaborate with communications team to leverage existing content within brand guidelines.
• Maintain content calendars and schedules using tools like Hootsuite.
• Support website initiatives and coordinate timelines and deliverables.
• Organize digital assets across networks and maintain accessible files.
