Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Cantonese required.
• Experience teaching, training, facilitating or presenting to groups.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person digital literacy instruction at community sites in Oakland Chinatown, Hayward, Union City and surrounding areas.
• Coordinate program operations and ensure spaces and devices are prepared.
• Engage community partners and recruit/manage volunteers.
• Maintain data and support grant reporting and program evaluation.
• Promote classes through outreach channels and content creation.
