Responsibilities

Provide on-site desktop and IT support at the client location.
Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops and peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and enterprise software.
Support network connectivity including LAN troubleshooting.
Assist with device setup, replacement and hardware installations.
Document activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
Follow client IT policies and security procedures onsite.
