Qualifications

• Experience providing on-site desktop support for enterprise clients.
• Ability to troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops and peripherals.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with preferred security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops and peripherals to resolution.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, OS, and enterprise software.
• Support LAN connectivity and network issues at the site.
• Assist with device setup, replacement and hardware installs.
• Document activities and report to the service delivery team.
• Follow client IT policies and security procedures onsite.
