Axiom Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a capable resource to coordinate tasks and provide on-site desktop support to end users within the organization’s computing environment at our Newburgh, Indiana location.

The role covers first- and second-level support, triaging tickets, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely resolution. Focus areas include Windows, hardware, and network issues to maintain optimal service delivery.

Competenze

• On-site desktop support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Hardware troubleshooting and replacement
• Basic networking understanding (LAN, switches, routers)
• Excellent communication and customer service

• Provide on-site desktop IT support at client location.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, OS, and enterprise software.
• Support network connectivity; LAN troubleshooting.
• Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installs.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting via console when needed.
