Job summary

Alcami is seeking a Desktop Engineer to ensure reliable computer operation for end users. You will receive, prioritize, document, and resolve end requests, using incident management tools. The role includes installing, testing, and supporting manufacturing and laboratory computer systems.

On-site, 1st shift with possible after-hours support. Responsibilities include deploying PC images, maintaining hardware/software records, and providing hands-on fixes and user training as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.
