Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent.

• A+ certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Field end-user requests via ticket system and in person.
• Document user information and problems in incident management system.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on incidents.
• Deploy PC images and set up new users as required.
• Install software per IT standards and maintain hardware records.
• Troubleshoot end-user workstation hardware and software.
