Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Data Center Quality Assurance Manager to join our on-site team in Denver, CO. You will lead inspectors, review workmanship, and ensure conformance with construction contracts, coordinating with Owners and Contractors.

Ideal candidates have a BA/BS and 8+ years in construction quality management; a CQM or similar certification is preferred. This national role emphasizes field execution, thorough documentation, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• BA/BS plus eight years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of inspectors reviewing workmanship, materials, and equipment for conformity with construction contracts.
• Maintain a list of all defects and omissions.
• Monitor the contractor’s quality program for conformance to the plan.
• Notify CLIENT of test failures and plan corrective actions.
• Perform Punchlist oversight and participate in Zero Defect walkthrough.
• Summarize significant test results in progress reports.
• Coordinate client Outage / Shutdown Procedure.
