Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Data Center Construction Manager to be onsite in Denver, CO. The role focuses on inspecting mechanical and electrical systems, reviewing shop drawings, and overseeing testing and commissioning to ensure project quality and adherence to contract requirements.

Responsibilities include documenting non-conformances, coordinating with contractors and engineers, maintaining detailed records, and supporting project closeouts.

Qualifications

• BA/BS plus eight years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• 7 years of experience with construction and/or quality management preferred.
• CQM or other professional certifications preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect building systems for compliance with contract requirements and standards.
• Review contractor shop drawings and submittals for alignment with specs.
• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of systems.
• Identify non-conformances and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection reports and records for quality control and compliance.
• Oversee corrective actions and support final inspections and closeouts.
• Witness and document tests such as pressure and leak tests, and system startups.
