Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Data Center Quality Assurance Manager to be based on-site in Columbus, OH. The role leads inspectors assessing contractor workmanship, materials, and equipment for contract conformity and maintains logs of defects and non-conformances.

Qualifications

• BA/BS plus eight years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• 15 years of experience with construction and/or quality management (preferred).
• CQM or other professional certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead team of inspectors reviewing workmanship, materials, and equipment for conformance with contract requirements.
• Maintain defects and omissions list and non-conformance logs.
• Monitor contractor quality programs for conformance throughout construction.
• Notify client of test failures and plan corrective actions.
• Oversee punchlist and zero-defect walkthrough activities.
• Provide progress and test result summaries to project management.
• Serve as primary client liaison to ensure successful project execution and communication.
• Conduct periodic site visits for QA, safety, and progress tracking.
