Job summary

AECOM is seeking on-site Data Center Quality Assurance Managers to work in Las Vegas, NV. You will lead a team of inspectors, review workmanship, materials, and equipment for conformance with construction contracts, and maintain logs of defects and non-conformities.

Responsibilities include monitoring the contractor's quality program, notifying the client of test failures, overseeing punch lists, and coordinating with the Owner for project delivery.

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture.
• 15 years of experience with construction and/or quality management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead team of inspectors reviewing workmanship, materials, and equipment for conformance with construction contracts.
• Maintain a defects and omissions list.
• Monitor the contractor’s quality program for conformance throughout construction.
• Notify CLIENT of test failures and plan corrective actions.
• Represent the Client in alignment with contract requirements and project deliverables.
• Coordinate client outage/shutdown procedure.
