Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Data Center Quality Assurance Manager for on-site work in Denver, CO. This role leads inspection teams, ensures workmanship, materials and equipment meet contract requirements, and tracks defects and non-conformances through to resolution.

Preferred candidates bring extensive construction quality experience, relevant BA/BS credentials, and strong communication with project owners to drive safe, compliant, and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• BA/BS plus eight years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of inspectors reviewing workmanship, materials, and equipment for conformity with contract requirements.
• Maintain a list of all defects and omissions.
• Maintain Non-Conformance Notice and Open Issues Log reconciliation.
• Monitor the contractor quality program for conformance to the plan throughout construction.
• Notify CLIENT of test failures and plan corrective actions.
• Perform Punchlist oversight and participate in Zero Defect walkthrough.
• Reports critical issues to the Construction Management Lead and provides proper resolution.
• Coordinate client outages/shutdown procedures.
