Job summary

AECOM is seeking Data Center Quality Assurance Managers to work on site in Charlotte, NC. You will lead a team of inspectors reviewing the construction contractors’ workmanship, materials, and equipment for conformity with contract requirements, maintain defects logs, monitor quality programs, and coordinate with client on test results.

This role requires a BA/BS with eight years of relevant experience, or equivalent and may require travel.

Qualifications

• BA/BS plus eight years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of inspectors reviewing the construction contractors’ workmanship, materials, and equipment for conformity with the requirements of the construction contracts.
• Maintain a list of all defects and omissions.
• Maintain Non-Conformance Notice and Open Issues Log Reconciliation.
• Monitor the contractors’ quality program for conformance to the plan throughout the course of construction.
• Notify CLIENT of test failures and plan corrective actions.
• Perform Punchlist oversight and participate in Zero Defect walkthrough.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture

CQM or other professional certifications
