Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Network Technician to support a large-scale enterprise data center. You will serve as the on-site point of contact, manage incident queues, support change control, and troubleshoot network and infrastructure issues to maintain uptime and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

You will coordinate with geographically distributed teams, perform audits, document procedures, and train new staff in operational best practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center operations and network support.
• Experience with incident management and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira or similar).
• Strong written and verbal communication in technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for data center operations and support activities.
• Monitor, manage, and update incident tickets, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
• Perform audits and support change control processes within the data center.
• Troubleshoot network and infrastructure issues as they arise.
• Build, maintain, and optimize operational processes for break/fix activities and communication workflows.
• Proactively communicate with geographically distributed team members and stakeholders.
• Escort unbadged personnel in secure environments while maintaining compliance with policies.
• Train new team members on operational procedures, tools, and best practices.
• Ensure high-quality customer experience through efficient issue resolution and communication.
