Qualifications

• Hands-on server builds, replacements, and upgrades.
• Familiarity with Linux or similar OS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a customer-facing environment.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for enterprise server and data center hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, firmware, and OS issues.
• Perform server installations, hardware upgrades, and component replacements.
• Document service activities in real time and maintain records.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams; participate in on-call rotations.
