Job summary

The position requires 2+ years in data center environments, physical job demands, and strong problem-solving with safety at the forefront. Excellent team communication and CMMS/office tool usage are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in data center/critical facility operations.
• Ability to traverse large campus-like settings and access equipment at height.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and perform preventive maintenance on building systems to ensure 100% uptime.
• Analyze operations, troubleshoot and resolve failures in electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems.
• Manage work orders, vendor management, and customer-facing tickets; follow emergency escalation procedures.
