Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with computers (Microsoft Office, Google, IBM AS400).
• Prior call center experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner and enter all calls into system.
• Ability to take calls and maintain a pleasant composure.
• Coordinate & communicate with sales personnel.
• Work independently to resolve customer service issues.
• Serve as liaison between customers and the sales team.
• Complete reports and other tasks/assignments as required.
• Follow up on Internet Leads and in-home appointments.
• Ability to schedule deliveries with customers.
• Ability to process customer payments.
• Answer Live Chat on our website.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office.
• Multitasker who enjoys working in fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented and highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Top performer who can instill pride of workmanship in self while also motivating team to excel.

• AS/400 experience is not required but is a plus.
