Job summary

WindowRama is seeking Retail Sales Consultants to be the frontline for customers. You will build rapport, provide exceptional service, and guide customers through product demonstrations to close sales on the showroom floor.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of sales experience, strong product knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Flexibility for weekends and some evenings is required; proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools is preferred; AS400 is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of previous sales or industry experience.
• Extensive product knowledge.
• Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including some Saturdays and Sundays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting relationships with customers and WindowRama.
• Provide exceptional service and greet customers on the floor.
• Demonstrate strong sales acumen and product knowledge to close sales.
• Enter sales orders into the CRM accurately.
• Coordinate with departments to meet customer needs.
• Answer phones and provide sales information to customers.
