Job summary

WindowRama, Inc. is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Coordinator in Brentwood, NY to support customers after purchase by answering service-related calls, scheduling in-home appointments, and coordinating with service technicians, manufacturers, and sales teams.

The role requires 1–3 years of customer service, a high school diploma or GED, excellent communication, strong problem solving, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer service or post-sales service.
• High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with AS400 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and emails and provide excellent customer service.
• Schedule in-home service appointments for our Service Technicians.
• Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, manufacturers, and sales team members.
• Assist customers with service-related questions and concerns.
• Follow up on service requests and help ensure issues are resolved.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required reports.
• Assist with training new hires and cross-training team members.
• Perform additional administrative and service-related tasks as needed.
