WindowRama is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in North Brunswick, NJ to provide exceptional service to customers in home improvement. This role requires building strong relationships, guiding customers through the showroom, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and at least 2-3 years of retail or customer service experience. Formación

• 2-3 years of retail sales, customer service, or industry experience preferred.
• Product knowledge in windows and doors is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with installation/service methods for window and door projects preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusting relationships with customers while providing outstanding service.
• Guide customers through our sales floor and demonstrate product features.
• Enter sales orders accurately into our CRM system.
