Afni, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service & Solutions Advisor for our Tucson, AZ facility. This on-site, full-time role pays $17.50 per hour (base $17.00 + $0.50 on-site differential) and includes paid training.

Assist customers of a leading telecommunications provider, focusing on problem-solving, empathy, and personalized solutions. Candidates should be comfortable with AI-assisted tools and be prepared to work in a high-support environment.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• GED or high school diploma required.
• Must be legally allowed to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Listen, ask questions, and uncover what customers really need.
• Research and resolve account, billing, service, device, and technical concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues requiring additional support.
• Recommend and sell products, services, upgrades, or additional lines based on customer needs.
• Handle frustrated or challenging customers with professionalism.
• Help retain customers by finding solutions addressing their concerns.
• Navigate multiple systems to resolve customer issues.
• Work toward established customer experience and performance goals.
