Job summary

Afni, Inc. in Tucson, AZ is hiring a Customer Service & Solutions Advisor to support customers for a leading telecommunications provider. This on-site, full-time role offers $17.50/hour with a $0.50 onsite differential and paid training.

You’ll solve problems, empathize with customers, and guide them to personalized solutions. You'll handle account, billing, service, device, and technical concerns, upsell where appropriate, and work toward customer experience goals while navigating multiple

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience or transferable skills
• GED or High School Diploma required
• Legally permitted to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Listen, ask questions, and uncover what customers really need
• Research and resolve account, billing, service, device, and technical concerns
• Troubleshoot issues requiring additional support
• Recommend and sell products, services, upgrades, or additional lines
• Confidently handle frustrated or challenging customers
• Help retain customers by finding solutions that address their concerns
• Navigate multiple systems and resources to resolve customer concerns
• Work toward established customer experience and performance goals
