Job summary

Afni, Inc. in Tucson, AZ is hiring a Customer Service & Solutions Advisor to support customers for a leading telecommunications provider. This on-site role offers $17.50/hour (base $17.00 + $0.50 differential), plus paid training and a 40-hour work week.

You will handle inquiries, resolve accounts and service issues, and promote products or upgrades based on customer needs. Strong problem solving, empathy, and professional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Listen, ask questions, and uncover what customers really need.
• Research and resolve account, billing, service, device, and technical concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues requiring additional support.
• Recommend and sell products, services, upgrades, or additional lines based on customer needs.
• Confidently handle frustrated or challenging customers.
• Help retain customers by finding solutions that address their concerns.
• Navigate multiple systems and resources to resolve customer concerns.
• Work toward established customer experience and performance goals.
