Job summary

Afni, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service & Solutions Advisor to join our on-site Tucson, AZ facility. This full-time role offers $17.50/hour (base $17.00 + $0.50 onsite differential) plus a monthly bonus and paid training.

You’ll resolve billing, service, and technical concerns with empathy and problem-solving for a major telecom provider. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, helping customers with personalized solutions, while meeting performance goals and learning new AI-assisted tools.

Qualifications

Six months of customer service experience
Must be 18 years of age
GED or High School Diploma
Must have legally permitted to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Listen, ask questions, and uncover what customers really need
Research and resolve account, billing, service, device, and technical concerns
Troubleshoot issues requiring additional support
Recommend and sell products, services, upgrades, or additional lines based on customer needs
Confidently handle frustrated or challenging customers
Help retain customers by finding solutions that address their concerns
Navigate multiple systems and resources to resolve customer concerns
Work toward established customer experience and performance goals
