Afni, Inc. is hiring a Call Center Representative for our Tucson, AZ facility.

This on-site, full-time role pays $17.50 per hour (base $17.00 plus $0.50 onsite differential) with paid training and a 40-hour work week. You’ll assist customers of a leading telecommunications provider, solving problems with empathy and sound judgment, researching accounts and billing concerns, and offering products or upgrades when appropriate.

Qualifikationen

• Six months of customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have GED or High School Diploma
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States

• Listen, ask questions, and uncover what customers really need
• Research and resolve account, billing, service, device, and technical concerns
• Troubleshoot issues requiring additional support
• Recommend and sell products, services, upgrades, or additional lines based on customer needs
