Job summary

Afni, Inc. in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Call Center Representative to work on-site full-time. Starting pay is $17.50/hour (base $17.00 + $0.50 on-site differential) plus monthly bonus.

The role focuses on helping customers with account, billing, service and technical questions, applying empathy and problem-solving to provide personalized solutions. Prior call center experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• GED or high school diploma required.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Listen, ask questions, and uncover what customers really need.
• Research and resolve account, billing, service, device, and technical concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues requiring additional support.
• Recommend and sell products, services, upgrades, or additional lines based on customer needs.
• Confidently handle frustrated or challenging customers.
• Help retain customers by finding solutions that address their concerns.
• Navigate multiple systems and resources to resolve customer concerns.
• Work toward established customer experience and performance goals.
