Logan Services is hiring a Mid-Shift Customer Service Representative to join our Dayton call center. The role focuses on inbound calls, scheduling HVAC and plumbing appointments, and delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll receive paid training, opportunities for growth, and a full benefits package as part of a stable Monday–Friday schedule with a late start.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, call center, scheduling, dispatch or hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask across systems.
• Reliable attendance and team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls with friendly, professional service.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm HVAC and plumbing appointments.
• Listen to customer questions and provide helpful solutions.
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and text.
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details.
• Coordinate with dispatch and service teams to ensure a seamless experience.
• Work effectively during high call volumes.
• Meet individual and team goals for scheduling and satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive, organized, solution-focused attitude.
