Logan Services is hiring a Mid-Shift Customer Service Representative in Dayton, OH. The role provides a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with a later start, paid training, full-time benefits, and growth opportunities.

You'll handle inbound calls, schedule service visits, and assist homeowners with questions while coordinating with dispatch and technicians. HVAC and plumbing knowledge is not required at start, as training is provided.

• Coordinate with dispatch, technicians, and internal teams
• Handle periods of high call volume while maintaining great customer service
• Work toward individual and team goals related to scheduling, booking, and customer satisfaction

Mid-Shift Customer Service Representative - Dayton, OH

Full-Time | On-Site

Prefer your mornings a little slower? Start at 10:30 AM Monday-Thursday. Logan Services is hiring a Mid-Shift Customer Service Representative to join our Dayton call center. You'll help homeowners schedule HVAC and plumbing service, answer questions, and make sure they get the help they need. You'll get a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, paid training, full-time benefits, and opportunities to grow, without having to start your workday first thing in the morning.

Your Schedule

Monday-Thursday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
