Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven success in providing excellent customer service in a previous role or life situation (e.g., volunteer, sports team, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs.
• Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and emails from customers, carrier partners, and drivers with courteous, detailed responses.
• Provide front line support for all customers, carrier partners, and LDS Operations.
• Document all customer interactions in Dynamics CRM for accurate reporting.
• Handle inquiries with appropriate solutions and timely follow-up within approved time limits.
• Manage daily case follow up in Dynamics CRM to keep customers updated.
• Monitor Outlook inbox and respond to email inquiries promptly.
• Protect company assets and confidential information per policy.
