Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group seeks a Customer Service Representative for its on-site role at 34 Executive Dr., Hudson, NH. You will handle calls, emails, and faxes, process orders, and coordinate with distributors, contractors, design teams, and owners.

You will enter orders, check stock, prepare shipping documents, and provide delivery updates. Strong communication, MS Office, and SAP/QuickBooks skills are valued in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Handle high volumes of calls, emails, and faxes for customers and reps.
• Accurately key orders and set up new customers in the system.
• Check stock availability to confirm orders.
• Manage special requests such as color matching and custom sizes.
• Log and track orders, routing, shipping, and invoicing processes.
• Provide timely delivery updates and coordinate with transporters.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and ensure accurate data entry.
• Coordinate shipping and ensure timely delivery.
• Respond to inquiries about pricing, stock, and orders.
• Verify bills of lading and shipping documents.
• Maintain customer master and listings/exclusions data.
