Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Beachwood, OH. This hybrid role supports distributors, contractors, design teams and owners by processing product orders and ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in customer operations, with SAP and Salesforce experience, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills to drive service excellence and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

5+ years in customer operations, order management or related role.
Experience managing orders in Salesforce and SAP.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end execution of customer orders from receipt to delivery.
Serve as primary contact for customers and Sales Reps; manage inquiries and updates.
Coordinate orders with Sales, Planning, Production, Warehouse, Logistics and carriers.
Monitor inventory, production schedules and lead times to ensure delivery commitments.
Review orders for accuracy, pricing, availability and policy compliance.
Maintain SAP and Salesforce master data for data integrity.
Prepare freight estimates and resolve shipment issues per policy.
Build relationships across customers and internal teams to improve service.
Execute special projects and generate operational reports.
