Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support distributors, contractors, design teams, and building owners. On-site at 34 Executive Drive, Hudson, NH 03051, you will process orders, check stock, and coordinate shipments while maintaining strong communication with sales teams.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience in customer service, high school diploma or GED, and proficiency in MS Office. Quickbooks and SAP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Clear communication in verbal and written form.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of Lean Management Principles is an asset.
• Demonstrates office etiquette including communication, decision making, and problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Handle high volumes of calls, emails, and faxes and respond to inquiries (orders, pricing, shipping).
• Accurately key orders and set up new customers in the system.
• Check stock availability to confirm orders.
• Handle special requests such as color matching and custom size orders.
• Log orders, routing, shipping, and tracking; coordinate freight as needed.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents like bills of lading (BOLs).
• Enter on-time delivery data and provide monthly delivery updates.
• Ensure orders are shipped and invoiced promptly; double-check PO details.
• Provide SDS upon request with all shipped products.
• Communicate anticipated ship dates and order delays.
