Air Group, a family-owned HVAC-Plumbing-Electrical company, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Rep for an on-site role in New Jersey. You will be the voice of our brand, the first contact for customers, and support both residential and commercial needs.

The position requires 2+ years of customer service experience in HVAC or related fields, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; on-call Saturdays may be required during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in HVAC, construction, or technical setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bi-lingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities
