Job summary

Air Group, LLC in New Jersey seeks experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. A minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC service and maintenance is required. EPA 608 certification and HVAC trade school completion are expected. You will report to the Service Manager and flex with overtime and weekend needs.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:00 pm, with potential for a set full-time, flexible schedule. Valid license and clean driving record required; fluent English mandatory.

Qualifications

• Two years of residential HVAC service and maintenance experience.
• Completion of HVAC trade school program.
• EPA 608 certification.
• Ability to work independently on gas furnaces, hydronic boilers and A/C systems - including mini-splits.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak).
• US Citizen or Green card holder (no sponsorship is available now or in the future).

Responsibilities

• Perform residential HVAC service and maintenance under supervision of the Service Manager.
• Maintain quality workmanship and record job information using company tools.
• Be flexible with overtime and weekend customer needs (voluntary).
• Follow safety guidelines and keep workspace clean and organized.
• Communicate professionally with customers and present solutions clearly.

This position reports to our Service Manager and our ideal candidate must be flexible with overtime and weekend customer needs (voluntary).
