MTM Health is seeking a Customer Care Representative to be the frontline ambassador and support for our members and partners. This on-site role in St. Louis, MO involves handling inbound calls and providing high-quality service that reflects our commitment to removing barriers to care.

You will engage with Members, Clients, and Facilities, aiming for 60–80 calls daily with peak loads on Mondays, while contributing to a patient-centered experience and MTM Health brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Call Center experience.
• 6 months Customer Service experience.
• Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities.
• Expected to handle 60 - 80 calls a day and higher volumes on Mondays.
