Job summary

Atmus Filtration Technologies seeks a Customer Account Specialist for our Houston, TX site. You will be the primary contact coordinating orders from entry to shipment, providing timely updates and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Scheduling, Manufacturing, and Distribution teams, maintaining accuracy and on-time delivery while handling multiple priorities in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service or customer support experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Employment references required.
• 100% on-site position in a typical office environment.
• Professional, business-casual dress environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the order process.
• Coordinate customer orders from order entry through shipment.
• Communicate order status, updates, and potential disruptions to customers in a timely manner.
• Identify and resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Scheduling, Manufacturing, and Distribution teams.
• Monitor orders to help ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Support customer account management and order fulfillment activities.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
