This is an on-site, full-time role with a strong emphasis on project management rather than call-center duties. The CSR will coordinate with production teams and internal departments, ensuring accurate information and timely processing while maintaining detailed records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year in a customer service environment.
• Strong customer orientation and commitment to service excellence.
• Superior organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills across all company levels.
• Self-starter able to work independently.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; data entry experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate information about order status and product knowledge requests.
• Process customer orders/changes and returns per department policies.
• Process customer returns per department policies and procedures.
• Work with accounts receivable to resolve disputed payments.
• Provide feedback on service failures or customer concerns.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to meet customer service expectations.
• Prioritize fluctuating workload and multi-task effectively.
