Job summary

Golden West Packaging Group is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to provide inside sales support and manage accounts. You will coordinate packaging projects from conception through shipping, collaborating with sales and operations to deliver on time and to customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking abilities, with 3+ years in CS roles within manufacturing preferred. A BS/BA in business-related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide inside sales support and account management for existing and new customers.
• Coordinate projects from conception through shipping with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to coordinate projects from start to finish.
• Interact with customers to address inquiries, requests and complaints in a timely manner.
• Mine existing customers for new opportunities and align to win as one-stop shopping.
• Manage purchases for orders (print plates, dies, etc.) and coordinate with other Golden West facilities.
• Oversee orders from entry to scheduling, production, and shipping to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor inventory and forecasts for upcoming product releases.
