Job summary

Green Bay Packaging seeks a detail-oriented estimator and account coordinator to service multiple sales and house accounts. You will estimate projects, analyze specifications, and prepare layouts, while coordinating with vendors for pricing and producing accurate quotes.

You will also enter orders, develop materials lists in Syteline, and manage production schedules to meet deadlines. Strong communication and organizational skills are required, with focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Speak, read, write English.
• Excellent customer service, math, organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Syteline experience a plus.
• Previous packaging/manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service multiple sales and house accounts; estimate projects and prepare preliminary layouts.
• Enter sales orders and develop Bill of Materials using Syteline; coordinate with vendors for pricing.
• Coordinate approvals and timing; manage filing system and production scheduling.
• Oversee manufacturing process from concept to final output; expedite as needed.
• Respond to inquiries and communicate details to departments; liaise between sales, customer, design & manufacturing.
