Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies seeks a full-time CSR to work on site in Bend, OR, supporting our sales team and customers. You will handle inquiries, quotes, orders, and returns while sourcing parts and assisting in sales generation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or inside sales experience, preferably in industrial distribution.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and mechanical aptitude helpful.
• Excel knowledge and SAP/ERP experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, and returns.
• Source parts and assist in generating sales.
• Support stockroom activities and deliver orders as needed.
