Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies is hiring a full-time customer service representative to work on site in Bend, OR. You will support the sales team and customers with quotes, orders, and parts sourcing while building lasting relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include 1+ year in customer service or inside sales, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A valid driver’s license and SAP/ERP familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• SAP/ERP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, and returns.
• Source parts and assist in generating sales.
• Support the stockroom and deliver orders when needed.
• Partner with Account Managers to meet customer needs and build relationships.
